Shipping policy

SHIPPING COSTS:

Orders over $30.00 = FREE standard ground shipping USPS or UPS (4-6 business days) 

All orders below $30.00 add $5.95 for shipping.  (This doesn't cover our cost of shipping, just helps to offset it.)

We do not currently offer expedited shipping on the website, so plan accordingly when ordering.  If you have a special request email us at support@rise8musicgifts.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.  Sorry :(  Working on it for next year!

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Rise8 Studios LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
